Exchanges for the SAME ITEM only permitted if:



  • The item is tested & found to be non functioning by one of our certified technicians.
  • The item Must have the RMA number issued by WGP before returning it.
  • The part must be returned and tested PRIOR to the exchange of the item.
  • Returns without an RMA are refused. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
  • Returns, refunds, or credits are NOT offered on incorrect part orders.
